What are the challenges facing the female executive?

Image

We interviewed a number of successful professional women aged late 30s to mid-50s to get their views on issues like ...

‘Where will you be financially, on current progress, in 5 years’ time?’,
‘How prepared are you financially if something significant changes in your life?’, and
‘What changes have you made to your financial situation in response to the current economic crisis?’
Even though the histories these women shared were each totally unique, their answers to these questions were surprising. Surprising because of how similar were the problems that the Female Executive had to deal with, largely on their own.

The presentations, which start late March, will explore the common themes that run through these stories. We will cover issues like:

  1. The difficulties that single women face in the workforce,
  2. The help that’s available through professional advisers and why Female Execs find it almost entirely inadequate,
  3. How this group of women has dealt with these problems and come up with solutions.
